Abstract Submission
In order to enhance the scientific quality of the 9th Nutrition and Metabolic Update (NUTRIMET 2026), which will be held on May
1–3, 2026, at Padma Hotel Semarang, Indonesia, we hereby invite participants of the 8th NUTRIMET 2025 to submit free paper abstracts
under the following terms and conditions:
- The abstract must be an original work that has not been previously published, in the form of a research study or case report in the field of Nutrition and Metabolic Diseases.
- The deadline for abstract submission is March 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (WIB). Abstracts submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
- Each presenting author may submit a maximum of two (2) free paper abstracts.
- Accepted free papers will be presented in the form of on-site (offline) E-Poster presentations.
- Authors whose abstracts are accepted must be registered and attend the 9th NUTRIMET 2026 on-site symposium.
- Abstracts must be written in English, using Arial font, 11-point size, and single spacing.• The abstract should not exceed 250 words, excluding the title and authors’ names.
- The abstract title must be written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Authors’ names must be written in full, using the format firstname followed by last name, in upper and lower case letters.
- The first listed author will be considered the primary author. Thepresenting author’s name must be underlined.
- Authors’ affiliations must be listed completely and sequentially,including department, institution/hospital, and city

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the NUTRIMET Scientific Committee based on the following criteria: scientific quality, clarity, relevance to the audience, and significance of the paper.
Notification of abstract acceptance, along with E-Poster preparation guidelines, will be sent to the presenting author’s email address no later than April 20, 2026
